We had an excellent stay at the Sun Aqua Vilu Reef. The resort is very good – our rooms were amazing, and the food and service were also very good. The buffet had plenty of vegetarian options and they even accommodated any requests we had. The snorkeling is amazing on the hotel reef which is right off the beach and so no need to take a boat ride. The Spa is also excellent. I would strongly recommend the resort to anyone staying in the Maldives for 4 or more days (travel time is a bit long since you have to wait for the seaplane transfer and keep buffer time for weather).
